These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Obligance platform. By creating an account, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the organisation you represent.

Obligance provides compliance assessment, gap analysis, and remediation tooling. Compliance scores and recommendations are informational and do not constitute legal advice. Organisations remain responsible for their own regulatory compliance.

Subscription fees, assessment pricing, and engagement terms are set out in your order form or as published on our pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Either party may terminate an agreement in accordance with the notice periods set out in the applicable order form. Upon termination, your data will be retained or deleted in line with our data retention policy.
